A NÖMA Maison collection home is delivered turnkey: a fitted kitchen, a fitted bathroom, a water heater and the structure itself are included as standard, as explained in our guide to what a turnkey delivery actually covers. The question that is often left unanswered is different: beyond this baseline, which customisation options really exist, and on which models? Rather than giving one answer for the whole range, this article goes model by model through the options that are actually documented for the Maison collection, based on NÖMA's own product data.
Understanding the topic
Across all eight Maison collection models, Line, Level, Court, Block, Vista, Scope, Form and Axis, the habitable baseline is the same in principle: galvanised steel structure, high-performance insulation, treated timber cladding, aluminium joinery, double glazing, a fitted kitchen, a fitted bathroom and a water heater. None of these elements is sold as an option: they condition the home's habitability, as detailed in the "What does turnkey really mean?" section of our guide to the turnkey modular home. What actually varies from one model to another is the additional structural elements and the customisation options detailed below.
Some elements are already built into certain models during manufacturing, rather than offered as paid options. Technical flooring is documented as included on Level, Court, Block, Scope, Form and Axis. A terrace is also built in depending on the model: panoramic on Level and on Court, an integrated timber deck on Scope. Block, for its part, includes a sealed flat roof. These elements are not documented for Line and Vista, which does not mean they are absent: each model's own page remains the reference to check before a specific project.
Deep exploration
Heating and air conditioning follow the same model by model logic. Among the Maison collection, only Line and Vista document an included heating and air conditioning system as standard. For Level, Court, Block, Scope, Form and Axis, this information is not publicly documented at this time, which does not mean it is absent: it is best to confirm it directly through the configurator or a quote request rather than assume a default answer.
When it comes to customisation options themselves, Line documents seven options: timber deck, pergola, outdoor blind, furniture pack, appliance pack, solar panels and a water recovery system. Level and Court share the same list of six options, outdoor blind, furniture pack, appliance pack, solar panels, water recovery system and pergola, with no timber deck option since their panoramic terrace is already built in. Block offers the same six options as Level and Court: outdoor blind, furniture pack, appliance pack, solar panels, water recovery system and pergola.
Vista documents six options: timber deck, outdoor blind, furniture pack, appliance pack, solar panels and a water recovery system. Scope documents five: outdoor blind, furniture pack, appliance pack, solar panels and pergola, with no timber deck option since it is already built in, nor a documented water recovery system. Form and Axis share the widest list, seven options each: outdoor blind, furniture pack, appliance pack, solar panels, water recovery system, pergola and timber deck.
Practical guidance
Beyond the model by model differences, two options run across the whole Maison collection: the furniture pack and the appliance pack, available on all eight models. Solar panels follow the same pattern, documented as an option on each of the eight models. The water recovery system, however, is not offered on Scope, making it the only documented exception in the Maison collection on this specific point.
Before settling on a set of options, the most reliable approach is to start from the model that already matches your use, surface area and budget, then check its actual options rather than assume they match another model in the range. The NÖMA configurator lets you build a project model by model, options included, and get a quote within 48 working hours. Choosing the land and its connections remains, on its own, a separate project from the home itself.
Architectural perspective
At NÖMA, we prefer model by model, documented customisation over a generic promise of a "100% bespoke" home: every option listed here is one that is genuinely available on the model it is attached to, nothing more, nothing less.
